Return & Refund Policy
At Earth Forge, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. Please review our return and refund terms below.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order to request a return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used supplements
- Products not in original condition
- Items returned without prior approval
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Failed Delivery / Return to Origin
If the delivery courier attempts to deliver the order more than 3 times without success, the order will be returned to origin.
In this case:
- If the customer requests a refund, shipping and return costs will be deducted
- If the customer does not wish to cover these costs, they will receive 80% of the item value (excluding delivery fees)
Important Notes
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information
- Customers must respond to courier communication to ensure successful delivery
