Shipping Policy

Earth Forge offers delivery within the UAE and GCC.

Delivery Time

• UAE: 1–3 business days
• GCC: 2–5 business days

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for responding to the delivery courier when contacted.

For GCC orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

If the delivery courier attempts to contact or deliver the order more than 3 times without success, the order may be returned to origin. In this case, if the customer requests a refund, shipping and return costs will be deducted. If the customer does not wish to cover the return/delivery costs, they will receive a refund of 80% of the item value, excluding delivery fees.
